If you happen to start an Efusjon business you’ll probably be quite confused by the compensation plan at first. I have quite a bit of experience with compensation plans, and this one threw me off at first. Basically, you earn up to 4.25% commission on the sales volume of your team. Their pay plan is referred to as a forced matrix using a 3 x 15 payout. Huh? The compensation plan is the ability to pay you in as many as six ways. To begin, there is a retail profit. Next is the bonus which is paid when one of your new members signs up with a bulk product pack. The coach product volume bonuses next, this is earned if you can get to a certain rank within 30 days. Duly paid up to 4.25% of your team’s volume from the personal enrollee bonus. And, what confused me the most is the community overlap, the fifth level. It appears that you make a bonus on people that you don’t even know. This is weird, as someone can be paid for work that they have not even done. This may seem cool at first, but how will that encourage people to go out and recruit when they think they can make money just by joining? I’d rather be paid just for the work that I have done, then have my income lowered so everyone can make money. Efusjon pays the top 30 distributors the final bonus of 3% of volume. While this compensation plan has its flaws, it looks to be fair and could pay pretty well. I believe it is nothing more than a ploy, the community overlap plan, to trick people into thinking they’ll get something for nothing. All in all, the total payout of the plan is 50%, which is pretty good. This is not the highest in the industry, and like I said the community overlap could actually hinder a hard workers’, income.

Next, I want to tell you what I found when I looked into the support and training that Efusjon offers. The fusion totally miss understood the power of social media, but they are still ahead of other companies. Facebook games, that’s what Efusjon’s plan is. Efusjon’s initial growth was mainly because they told members that these games would cause massive growth. This is their strategy. Are you kidding me? It seems like a stretch that just because someone is playing a game on Facebook that will go out and sign up for a business. And on top of that, I’m pretty sure the people spending time playing stupid games on Facebook or not the people we want in our businesses anyways.

Now, what could you do if you are going to build your MLM business? There is a better way. Much better than sitting on Facebook all day, and/or constantly lugging friends, family and work associates. Fortunately, there is a better way. And for once, it actually resembles a business. For instance, having people contact you to join your business instead of the other way around. This is actually a very simple strategy, that just requires some work and learning.

We can clearly see that there is no Efusjon scam. However, if you want true success in Efusjon, or any other MLM business you are going to need a plan. 4. You have to understand that you need to leverage at least one or more of three things to succeed in network marketing ? your own time, money (to generate leads) and resources (hard work). 5. Your business will take time to reach the goals you?ve setup. Remember, Rome wasn?t built in a day; and neither will your MLM business.
